Role

Who you are

  • 1-2 years experience in a B2C performance based influencer marketing role at management level
  • Experience in a performance driven role working towards ambitious targets and activating partnerships against key target metrics to drive meaningful revenue
  • Experience managing a team of executives that are performance driven and target orientated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and is fluent in English
  • Strong negotiation skills enabling successful influencer partnerships and experience of working against budgets
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the UK and US influencer market. US specific experience is a plus
  • Proficient in excel or google sheets with a strong capacity to glean valuable insights from data. Comfortable working with large quantities of data and has the knowledge and experience to make decisions in scenarios where data is limited
  • Experience with a CRM tool is a plus
  • A fervent commitment to data-led decision-making and performance optimisation
  • You are known for bringing in a strong growth mindset into any role you step into and truly enjoy navigating performance challenges
  • You have a can-do attitude and are known for delivering promising results in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a flair for nurturing collaborative relationships

What the job involves

  • The Influencers and Affiliates Manager is a new role focused on supporting the expansion and optimisation of influencers across our weight loss brands
  • We have launched a performance-driven pilot (similar to what we have done for other brands in our portfolio) and now we’re looking for a great Influencers and Affiliates Manager who can help to turn it into a million dollar program in 2025
  • Reporting directly to the Lead Influencers and Affiliates, this role is pivotal in the management of our influencer and affiliate partnerships across our Weight Loss brands
  • As a key driver of the company’s growth, the successful candidate will lead a team of executives, cultivate strategic relationships, and optimise funnel performance based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios
  • Manage influencer partnerships across our gifted, affiliate and paid channels
  • Scale a global influencer and affiliate program to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Responsible for the performance of the influencer and affiliate channels to maximise Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure efficient CAC:LTV ratios
  • Report on channel performance and use data to identify key trends to optimise strategies
  • Able to apply a data-driven and pragmatic approach to optimise all stages of the influencer funnel, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, briefing, reporting, and nurturing strategic relationships
  • Initiate creative experiments, formulating hypotheses, rigorously analysing results, and methodically documenting outcomes
  • Mentor and lead a team of performance-driven influencer executives fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders, nurturing a network that supports the achievement of program objectives
