Role
Who you are
- We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong manual (functional, exploratory, risk-based, regression, etc.) testing skills to join our Engineering team
- Your excellent communication skills (written and verbal) will be a huge asset in coordinating and liaising with various colleagues to make sure your feedback is integrated into our products
- Have at least 1 years of relevant work experience as a Test Analyst or similar in a SaaS or other software product setting
- Proficient in testing methodologies and techniques (exploratory, risk-based, regression, etc.)
- Analytical mindset by nature with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adept in clearly communicating with precision
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you take ownership of your role
- Nice to have:
- We would love to hear about your prior experiences helping to build great SaaS products
- Experience with automated testing. This is not necessary for this role - but creates added opportunity for growth
- API Testing Skills (Insomnia is a pre)
What the job involves
- You will be a part of our Quality Engineering team and work directly with other Quality Engineers, Developers, Product Owners and client facing colleagues
- As a Test Analyst in the Engineering team, your main responsibility is to test complex deliverables and provide valuable feedback to our product development teams
- Your role will revolve around writing test plans, scheduling, coordination and execution of testing and implementing solutions for our strategic testing efforts
- In this role you will support our development teams in making our product more amazing every day for all our users
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans
- Utilizing test case management software like Qase, Testrail, xray, etc. to design, manage, and execute test plans
- Ensure thorough test coverage and detailed test tracking for the engineering and product teams to act on
- Coordination of testing the deliverables from multiple domains and stakeholders
- Chase down & reproduce complex technical issues for engineers to solve in more efficient ways
