What the job involves

Cypris is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our customer success team, ideally based in New York City or Los Angeles, so you can be close to one of our founders
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our existing client relationships
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Be accountable for the commercial relationship between Cypris and the customer
Work directly with R&D and innovation leaders to support their strategic decisions
Lead the renewal process by engaging with clients well in advance of their contract end date
Continuously drive and build value to help customers recognize return on investment
Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience
Support customer success team members with client training and bi-weekly meetings
Monitor client usage data and provide insights to support their goals
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client success
Drive strategies that promote engagement and product adoption
