Role
Who you are
- You're deep in crypto — not just curious, obsessed
- You're passionate about building the next generation of trading apps

- Experience with building public APIs with Python, Rust or similar
- Commanding ability of working with EVM smart contracts. From interacting to auditing
- Strong understanding of decentralised exchanges and their current landscape
- Grasp of financial concepts, especially in the context of trade and exchange
- Ability to run and maintain web systems on cloud infrastructure
Desirable
- Architecting, writing and deploying smart contracts
- Experience diagnosing sophisticated performance issues
- Experience with trading on chain in terms of strategies and sleuthing
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Solana, Sui, Cosmos, etc

Wintermute uses an algorithmic approach to provide market-making services that facilitate digital asset liquidity with long-term scaling and efficiency in mind.
