- Able to work 40 hours a week and authorized to work in Canada (BC, NS, AB, ON, or SK are our preferences and you must overlap 4-8 hours with Vancouver timezone)
What the job involves
- Support sales enablement by assisting in the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, providing sales teams with necessary tools, resources, and training to maximize revenue opportunities (like prospect list building for BDRs and Sales teams)
- Prepare and present data analysis and reporting, generating regular revenue reports to track objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Support renewal management through assisting in the customer renewal processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures and contracts
- Assist with the customer contracts review process to ensure alignment with company policies and revenue recognition standards
- Manage the commission eligibility process for accepted leads and won deals
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration in Revenue Operations processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Support the Sales team members and assist customer-facing teams with customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Leverage appropriate revenue operations technologies and tools to enhance data accuracy
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of revenue operations processes, systems and guidelines
- Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and enhance revenue operations strategies
