Who you are
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and in general (especially Excel)
- CIPP qualification
- Experience of supporting payroll processes
- Good administration experience, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or an equivalent People system
What the job involves
- This is an exciting and varied People Operational role in a growing team supporting our global Sports Media and Betting businesses in Central London
- The role is responsible for the monthly payroll processing and will act as a first point of call for People queries from employees and line managers
- You should be a be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise a high workload volume with a strong focus on customer service delivery
- Completing the necessary monthly payroll processing and be the primary contact for company benefits and associated benefits administration
- General administrative Payroll support, including managing payroll onboarding process for new starters, managing Payroll inbox and ad hoc requests etc
- Support with SuccessFactors system administration
- Report to and work with Payroll Manager on continuous improvement projects and opportunities
