Who you are

5+ years of proven sales leadership experience in SaaS; Martech experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success leading Account Executives and consistently achieving or exceeding team quotas
Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills
Track record of coaching teams to close complex, high-value deals
Consultative selling expertise and experience leveraging proven sales methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and influence across teams
Competitive drive with a passion for winning and delivering results

What the job involves

Sitecore is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Asset Management Sales US
This role is critical to driving Sitecore’s growth by expanding our presence in the market, executing strategic go-to-market initiatives, and shaping innovative engagement strategies that help our customers succeed in their digital transformation
This person will report directly to the AVP of New Business within the Americas Sales organization
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business acquisition
Actively participate in client and prospect meetings; leverage corporate resources to support complex deals
Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team
Provide ongoing coaching to drive sales excellence, win strategies, and large deal execution
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management; deliver transparent reporting to senior leadership
Monitor and track team performance against activity and revenue goals
Partner closely with marketing and demand generation teams to drive pipeline creation
Lead strategic campaigns that increase customer awareness, engagement, and market penetration
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective and existing customers
Resolve escalations effectively and ensure a strong customer experience

Sitecore delivers an online experience platform that unifies commerce, data and content creation. It provides an integrated customer data platform, digital asset manager and commerce manager, alongside other tools such as SitecoreAI. The goal is to help brands develop personalized digital experiences which cover all the bases of eCommerce within a fully integrated platform.

It may seem that the eCommerce landscape is becoming oversaturated with management dashboards, but Sitecore's move to pull it altogether allows it to stand out. The company also allows individual tools to be purchased separately for specialized use, significantly broadening its appeal.
