5 years of experience working in a Business Analyst role supporting multiple business units
Proficiency in MS Office

What the job involves

The Business Analyst will also be responsible for understanding how their assigned projects relate to other business users and systems within PAR
The Business Analyst will work alongside our project managers to translate these requirements into detailed, actionable plans ensuring that our solutions are perfectly tailored to their needs as well as the Technical Writer to ensure processes are clearly documented
The Business Analyst’s customer will be our internal business stakeholders
In addition to project charters and project documentation the Business Analyst will also be responsible for employing advanced stakeholder communication by engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to end-users
Communications must be tailored to the communication style to each audience, while ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying complex technical concepts
Projects assigned to the Business Analyst will require collaboration between the business and development team
This position will work hand-in-hand with product owners to ensure that the technical aspects of assigned projects align seamlessly with business requirements and customer expectations
As we continue to grow the PMO, the Business Analyst will be responsible for making recommendations on standards for project documentation and process improvements
This includes documents such as Project Charters, Project Documentation, Decision Matrices, and process flows
