Performance Marketing Manager, Kraken

• 5+ years of related experience in performance marketing with a focus on app campaigns
• Experience managing and optimizing app acquisition campaigns to meet or exceed KPI targets, including CAC, CPSU, and CPI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• A test-and-learn mindset with a passion for experimentation
• Proficiency with mobile app advertising platforms including UAC, Mobile App DSPs, ASA, and other app-focused platforms
• Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Branch
• Familiarity with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and other external partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience in consumer tech products with a focus on transactional goals is crucial
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to optimize campaigns beyond the initial install or sign-up
