What the job involves
- We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Revenue Enablement Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Enablement team
- You'll keep the team running smoothly — managing calendars, driving program logistics, establishing a consistent operating rhythm, and ensuring clear, timely communication across stakeholders.
- You're also curious about how AI can make the team smarter and more efficient, and you're eager to experiment and apply new tools
- Own calendaring and scheduling across the Enablement team, including program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Drive end-to-end program management for enablement initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
- Build and maintain an operating rhythm for the team — weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning cycles — so the team operates with clarity and consistency
- Run point on logistics for all enablement programs, including coordinating with cross-functional partners, managing vendors, and preparing materials and agendas
- Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Enablement team, including announcements, program updates, and follow-ups
- Actively explore how AI tools can improve team efficiency — bringing ideas, running experiments, and scaling what works
