Revenue Cycle Manager, Rula

• This role requires a strong understanding of core revenue cycle management operations - verification of benefits, claim submission, adjudication, and collection
• In addition to RCM experience, the ideal candidate will carry a high attention to detail and possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• 5+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience - e.g. verification of benefits, Insurance AR, and/or payment posting
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and/or strategy consulting, leading end-to-end transformation (process, technology, and people)
• Proven ability to design and scale processes, leveraging tools such as CRMs, EHRs (e.g. AMD), payer portals (e.g., Availity), and Google Suite/Microsoft Office, etc. to drive optimization
• Expertise in applying structure, prioritization, and effective communication across the organization to solve complex problems and predict future needs
• Familiarity with writing deliverables (e.g. technical requirements, experiment results, strategy documents) that are concise and clear for technical and non-technical audiences
