Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
- Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- The Money team’s mission is to build the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. We drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale, making a meaningful impact on how people manage their finances!
- As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and supporting our existing products and unlocking new business opportunities
- You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, as well as with key external partners, to lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve operations, and expand Robinhood’s financial offerings
- Lead the development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to onboard new partners and support core operations
- Drive key strategic initiatives with partners to enhance product performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency
- Own vendor relationships including cost management, communications, and performance reporting
- Translate data into insights to inform business strategy and decision-making
