System Test Engineer, Wayve

• Ideal candidate is a self starter and has a keen eye for improvement across multiple engineering domains
• Fundamental understanding of Electrical and Mechanical engineering concepts
• Proven experience in systems level thinking on requirements generation and verification
• Hardware and/or Software testing experience on production systems

• Testing takes place at component, system and vehicle levels

• We are looking for a new team member to join our group to help us scale up our efforts across embedded software verification
• This role can expand into other areas of the system such as sensing, model behavior testing depending on the needs of the company and the experience of the individual
• Own, define and execute system functionality verification tests on Wayve’s Embodied AI systems at component, system and vehicle level
• Uncover potential software and hardware bugs through increased test coverage
• Help define and architect Hardware in the Loop (HiL) test stations
• Lead increased test coverage activities using HiL test stations
• Lead root cause analysis of hardware and software issues found during test campaigns
