Who you are

  • At least 3+ years of relevant sales ops/rev ops experience
  • Display proficiency in data manipulation via excel and salesforce reporting
  • Experience in large scale financial and/or sales planning for commercial organization
  • Experience leading complex projects, taking ownership, deriving and implementing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to executive audiences
  • Experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like sales operations, finance, business operations, etc. or industries like consulting, banking, etc
  • Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving ambiguous business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing results cross-functionally to align and solve problems

What the job involves

  • The Sales Strategy and Operations group drives baseline reporting, analytics and insight generation to empower the sales team
  • Stand up baseline reporting to enable revenue generation and tracking for the business, working directly with Sales and Cross-functional stakeholders
  • The mission of the Sales Strategy & Operations group is to maximize business performance by being an objective, trusted partner to the commercial organization
  • The Revenue Operations Manager acts as a trusted partner to the sales leadership team through operational rigor and strategic projects
  • Sales planning and operations: Play a critical role in guiding Commercial leadership in planning, goal setting, expansion planning, and managing the rhythm of the business activities such as periodical business reviews and forecast calls
  • Strategic growth: Partner with Commercial leadership to identify actionable insights and use a data-driven approach to own and drive strategic recommendations to grow our business
  • Strategic and operational initiatives: Structure and execute on operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations
  • Analytics and Reporting: Build dashboards, lead ad-hoc analyses, and leverage data to drive insights for the Commercial organization
  • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, implement, adopt, and report on business plays and their efficacy
  • Operational improvement: Drive continuous operational efficiency by automating, standardizing, and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale
  • Drive reporting on revenue and attainment to provide Sales & Leadership with realtime figures and proactive insights (40%)
  • Build Slides & Models for Sales Team and Leadership to showcase insights and presentation skills (20%)
  • Lead projects across stakeholder teams (Finance, Infra, GTM) to enable better visibility into business performance (20%)
  • Manipulate data to provide ad-hoc analysis and insight generation to drive efficiencies within the sales team and reporting (20%)

Komodo Health has built a healthcare map, an artificial intelligence and data analytics tool that tracks the healthcare encounters of well over 300 million patients. The service helps providers, pharmaceutical companies, and scientists identify opportunities for intervention and care improvements. It also helps them to analyze how products are performing in the market, identify at-risk patient groups, study the effectiveness of treatments, and detect patterns in drug and patient behavior.

Komodo Health’s comprehensive platform helps customers to better understand health and it is challenging the fragmentation of healthcare that contributes to inconsistent, unsatisfying results for both patients and providers. It has used its considerable amount of funding to focus on accelerating growth through further innovation and development of its enterprise technology platform, application suite and core data assets.

Komodo Health made cuts to its core team at the end 2022 as part of a restructuring following a large equity funding round. This is very likely to be part of a push for profitability as it gears up for an IPO. With its business strategy realigned, it is resuming hiring in all areas to continue to develop its product and grow its market share.
