Who you are
- If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexities of cloud infrastructure, and loves solving big problems with bold solutions, we’d love to meet you
- 10+ years of relevant enterprise technology sales experience in security, networking, cloud, or infrastructure tooling
- Ideal candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing
- Capacity to develop relationships quickly with customers and technical audience
- Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You’ll be at the forefront of engaging Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them unlock the full potential of their cloud environments with Aviatrix’s cutting-edge platform
- In this high-impact role, you’ll drive strategic account growth through strong relationship building, deep customer understanding, and a consultative, use case-driven approach
- You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including BDRs, field engineers, partner managers, and marketing leads to execute on an account-based strategy
- Whether you’re leading expansion conversations, managing renewals, or helping customers navigate their cloud journey, you’ll bring energy, insight, and grit to every interaction
- Communicate with customer to identify their needs and introduce Aviatrix’s solutions
- Manage contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Build relationships with customer based on trust and respect
- Collaborate with internal teams cross-functionally to address customer needs
- Collaborate within the Aviatrix team on strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about customer behavior
- Keep accurate records related to customer accounts
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Identify industry trends
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
Our take
Aviatrix is trying to modernise cloud technology by overcoming the isolation of different clouds that are built and operated by different companies. Its software facilitates multi-cloud networking, providing visualization, smooth data access, and firewall management.
The cloud revolution caused a mass migration of companies’ data from on-premise storage to cloud storage, but this migration is still ongoing. Aviatrix’s software helps with this migration and then allows these clouds to communicate with each other, while maintaining security, data integrity, automation, and user friendliness.
The rapid growth and enormous potential in this market has been noted by other companies and while investments are currently high, the space is likely to become crowded as competitors such as Site24x7 offer similar services. However, Aviatrix is a well-placed early adopter in an area of networking that hasn’t seen true innovation for years. It has also been named as one of 2024 's fastest growing private companies by Inc 5000, indicating its strong position.
