Senior Brand and Campaign Manager, Upside

• 6+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or consumer marketing with a focus on driving business outcomes
• Strong analytical approach with proficiency in reporting tools like Looker, Hex, and Google Analytics—adept at translating data into actionable insights
• Deep understanding of campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels including social, influencer, digital, CRM, and in-app
• Passion for culture, trends, brand moments and building authentic consumer connections
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project management skills
