Strategic Partnership Manager, Deblock

• In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage partnerships from the ground up
• This role uniquely blends relationship-building, business development, and hands-on execution
• Manage and develop our ambassador network
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue
• Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators
• Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships
• Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI
