What the job involves
- As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships at Deblock
- In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage partnerships from the ground up
- This role uniquely blends relationship-building, business development, and hands-on execution
- Manage and develop our ambassador network
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue
- Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators
- Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI

Deblock is addressing this issue by offering a unified platform that combines a traditional bank account with a non-custodial crypto wallet. Users can hold their own private keys, so they have full control over their digital assets. And the platform makes deposit, exchange, and withdrawal of both fiat and cryptocurrencies easy, through one single interface.
