What the job involves
- Unit 42 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, GTM Operations to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of Unit 42 by providing critical operational support to our GTM teams
- You will be a key partner in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall health of the business
- This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and collaborative execution
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across key GTM functions. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and optimize resource allocation
- Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to drive alignment and execute on key initiatives
- Project Management: Manage and execute on a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of outcomes
- Security Transformation Program Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced processes related to security transformation initiatives. This may involve analyzing data, developing recommendations, and supporting the implementation of new tools and technologies
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic planning efforts
