- 3–7+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or implementation at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients
- Experience working with technical products, ideally in AI/ML, developer tools, data platforms, or infrastructure
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers, and speaking to both technical and business audiences
- Skilled at writing and validating prompt logic or similar AI workflows
- Proven ability to lead executive conversations and navigate complex customer organizations
- Startup-minded: bias for action, excited to build, and thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent communicator—clear, empathetic, and persuasive
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Customer Success Architect for Agent Deployment to join our team to own the deployment of the Poggio platform and agents at our largest customers
- This is a new role in the industry that represents a mix of customer success, product management, and forward deployed engineering
- But the role is simple: ensure that Poggio customers are set up for success with Poggio, and be responsible for seeing that through, from pre sales, to post sales, to upsell and expansion
- You'll work with leading enterprises to define use cases, configure and tailor Poggio agents, and translate customer vision to business value
- This is a customer facing role, and is ideal for someone that loves to get in the weeds on customer problems and needs, and thrives in ownership of collaborative solutions
- You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers and internal teams, partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure our enterprise customers are successful, expanding, and driving measurable value
- You’ll be helping shape the company’s customer experience, enterprise motion, and core product alongside the leadership team
- Own relationships with enterprise customers starting in late-stage sales through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
- Lead implementation and onboarding, ensuring customers derive fast time-to-value and long-term retention
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to:
- Co-design features based on real customer use cases
- Write and test prompt logic to support customer workflows
- Translate feedback into roadmap decisions and product priorities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define their AI roadmap and ensure our product supports strategic goals
- Drive account expansion by identifying additional use cases, departments, or business units for growth
- Be the internal voice of the customer—sharing insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Help build the foundation: onboarding guides, playbooks, internal systems, and more

- Panel Presentation Interview (60 min video call): You'll be provided a prompt and have time to prepare a presentation for a panel
- Cross-functional Interview (45 min video call): You will meet with someone from our engineering team to discuss your past experience working in cross functional projects
Our take
Salesforce has long been the leading light in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and has capitalized on its deep penetration by packing out additional features to hold onto clients. But the market is getting cluttered, with a flurry of businesses looking to siphon off some of its market share. And Poggio is one of them.
The company's approach has been to employ AI and ML to automate areas like analysis and big data management - a move that it made even before it was widely accepted that this would be the future of CRMs. By getting on this train early, Poggio has garnered a fair bit of attention which should help it moving forward
The company's "revenue agents" represent the culmination of its efforts to empower revenue teams with AI. These are able to generate customer POV profiles that can fuel faster and better decision making, guiding sellers and agents towards more promising leads. The value of such an offering is clear, and if Poggio can keep delivering this sort of innovation then it should have a solid place in the sector for years to come
