Staff Fullstack Engineer, Ash Wellness

• Has at least 8 years of experience coding websites, with at least 5 years of frontend focus
• Is excited to be both a leader and contributor, with capable project management skills
• Takes a user-oriented perspective, with enthusiasm for solving complex problems in healthcare
• Is comfortable working in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Communicates clearly and often, raising your hand when you have questions

• Ash’s Patient Portal is where patients register their test kits and receive their test results
• It is an essential part of the experience and we have big plans to expand the capabilities it provides
• In this role, you will be the Technical Lead of the Patient Portal team
• That means you will own the architecting and development of innovative solutions, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction throughout the software development lifecycle
• Your direct code contributions will focus mainly on the frontend, but you will be responsible for leading the full stack team
• You will also collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other technical leaders
