Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience selling CCaaS and closing 7 figure deal sizes
- Proven track record as an Enterprise/Strategic Account Executive, Named Account Executive, or in a similar B2B role
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and act on market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment
- Team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
What the job involves
- The Key Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and building relationships with key accounts to bring them on as new customers for Observe.AI’s long-term success
- This role involves identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales execution
- The Key Account Executive will work closely with senior decision-makers to position the Observe.AI’s entire product offering as a critical part of their business strategies
- Drive new business opportunities within targeted prospective enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage prospective clients to get Observe.AI’s foot in the door
- Conduct in-depth clients needs assessments to understand their goals and challenges
- Present tailored solutions to address client-specific requirements and deliver measurable outcomes
- Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and CX, to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences
- Align with leadership to develop sales strategies on how to make inroads on new enterprise accounts
- Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in our internal CRM (Salesforce)
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback
- Accurately give forecast updates to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and account activities
