IT Coordinator, Jobber

• Experience supporting macOS hardware and associated tools in a customer-facing or corporate IT environment
• Understanding of IT fundamentals, tools, and best practices
• The ability to troubleshoot complicated problems and seek out new information

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT, the IT Coordinator will help take the tools and systems we have in place and make sure they’re optimized for performance, reliable for our employees, and scalable as we continue to grow
• You will play a key role in assisting with the assessment, facilitation and implementation of industry standard tools
• Take ownership of support desk duties and be the face of Jobber IT
• Provide technical support related to laptops, software, printers, video conferencing equipment, and mobile devices
• Deploy equipment for new employees and help manage hardware inventory
• Keep our knowledge base and documentation up to date
• Create, add and modify accounts and services across our various platforms
