What the job involves

The Area Vice President, New Business (AVP) is responsible for leading a team of sales managers and reps to achieve ARR goals
You will drive revenue growth, develop & implement selling strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Services, and Consulting
This position reports to the SVP, Sales
The AVP will possess skills and work ethic aligned with our company values of grit, results, initiative, passion, positivity, teamwork, and curiosity
Strategic portfolio planning, opportunity & risk identification, and execution to achieve goals
Day-to-day operational portfolio management and analysis
Budgeting for assigned business area
Hire, develop, and coach a high performing team
Own the team culture
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
