What the job involves
- The Area Vice President, New Business (AVP) is responsible for leading a team of sales managers and reps to achieve ARR goals
- You will drive revenue growth, develop & implement selling strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Services, and Consulting
- This position reports to the SVP, Sales
- The AVP will possess skills and work ethic aligned with our company values of grit, results, initiative, passion, positivity, teamwork, and curiosity
- Strategic portfolio planning, opportunity & risk identification, and execution to achieve goals
- Day-to-day operational portfolio management and analysis
- Budgeting for assigned business area
- Hire, develop, and coach a high performing team
- Own the team culture
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
