Head of Analytics, Peerspace

• The ideal candidate will excel at people management, system architecture, and process creation while maintaining the technical depth to guide complex analyses
• Has a strong foundation in data analytics, with a proven ability to display, summarize, and communicate data to partners across Operations, Marketing, Executive team, and other business units
• Demonstrates both technical excellence and business acumen, comfortable working with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Has experience analyzing and modeling marketplace frameworks, including defining supply and demand KPIs and monitoring business health metrics
• Is curious about the business, self-motivated, and resourceful in finding solutions when perfect data isn't readily available
• Is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment, committed to continuous improvement
• Enjoys optimizing BI visualizations that surface key insights for stakeholders across the organization
• 7+ years of analytics experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis
• Experience building and leading analytics teams
• Track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

• Establish standardized reporting and KPI frameworks across the business
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team

• Partner with executive leadership to identify and prioritize key business questions
