Who you are
- Perfect for someone with experience delivering complex SaaS products, leading teams, and scaling systems

- Lead the engineering efforts behind the AI Marketing Suite, redefining marketing automation
- Drive the development of products projected to influence $200M+ in GMV in 2025
- Define Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the engineering vision for the Marketing Suite, ensuring it aligns with Gorgias’s business goals and customer needs
- Build and Lead a World-Class Team: Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver exceptional user experiences

- Launch Independent Products: Deliver a standalone AI Marketing Suite that operates independently from the Gorgias helpdesk
- Establish Best Practices: Create and maintain processes for code quality, scalability, and system performance, ensuring long-term reliability and excellence
