What the job involves
- The Founder’s Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CTO across various strategic and operational functions
- This position offers a unique opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You will be directly involved in high-impact projects that drive the company’s growth and success
- Assist the CTO in daily operations, including project management, research, and coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external meetings
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with different departments (sales, marketing, product) to align company goals and strategies
- Support sales efforts by getting involved in sales processes across the board
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for new employees
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring efficient workflows
