Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven ability to craft compelling, persona-based storytelling that connects technical solutions to executive priorities
- Track record of elevating positioning and messaging to win the ear of CIOs and senior IT executives
- Experience serving as a category evangelist, driving thought leadership in a fast-growing market
- Expertise in GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and launch execution
- Experience operating at the speed of agile product and engineering teams
- Executive presence and presentation skills; comfortable representing the company at major events
- Background in IT, digital experience, or infrastructure software (VDI, endpoint management, EUC) a plus
What the job involves
- Amplify Nexthink’s role as the DEX leader to analysts, press, partners, and executive audiences
- Build persona-based narratives that resonate from IT ops to the CIO suite, connecting emotional hooks to business-critical outcomes
- Craft positioning that differentiates Nexthink and elevates our entire portfolio in a fast-evolving market
- Translate technical features into compelling, human stories that make customers and executives lean in
- Deliver presentations that earn the trust and attention of senior IT leaders and C-level audiences
- Own GTM strategy for major launches and cross-sell initiatives, aligning tightly with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing
- Drive competitive positioning, pricing narratives, and value frameworks that accelerate adoption and revenue
- Operate with urgency, ensuring our messaging keeps pace with the velocity of our engineering and product teams
- Lead creation of high-impact content — solution briefs, ROI stories, executive decks, and customer case studies
- Partner with Sales Enablement to arm field teams with the tools and messaging they need to win CIOs and IT leaders
- Stay ahead of trends and competitive shifts to continuously evolve our category narrative
- Conduct persona research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis to refine positioning and GTM strategy
