What the job involves
- As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success
- Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams
- Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, events and social media engagement
- Manage marketing budgets allocating resources effectively and optimizing spending strategies to achieve maximum ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior and leverage AI to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy
