What the job involves
- YOOBIC is seeking a talented, driven individual to join our team in Paris on a 6 month internship
- Whether you're a quick-learning graduate looking to kick-start your career or an experienced professional ready to elevate client engagement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to assist and lead in the sales process
- You will play a crucial role in shaping frontline transformation strategies and supporting our sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Sales team on the biggest opportunities, qualify opportunities, develop criteria, and craft closure plans
- Analyse customer content, technical and commercial requirements, diagnose needs, to propose suitable solutions to meet client objectives and create compelling demonstration materials
- Strategize on the structure of the problem solving approach including our functional solution, demonstration story based on market trends, competitive advantages and value propositions
- Build comprehensive materials and implement new tools that help the global sales team showcase the strengths of the product
- Create content to help potential customers understand the product without requiring full demo meetings. of YOOBIC products and industry trends
- Partner with internal teams (Product, R&D, Professional Services) to refine product features and offerings based on client feedback

In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters to HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.
YOOBIC is one of a number of startups targeting this underserved space, which accounts for around 80% of the global workforce. Though there’s plenty of competition from the likes of Crew and ServiceMax, YOOBIC has grown to operate in almost one hundred countries for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Puma, Boots, Mazda, Domino’s, Vans, and Peloton.
