Who you are
- Possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
- Bring at least 3+ years of proven experience in product management, conversion rate optimization, or a similar field in the e-commerce sector, preferably with Shopify expertise
- Are familiar with B2C and B2B e-commerce best practices
- Have analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Have knowledge of UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers
- Are an excellent communicator, possessing interpersonal and project management skills to effectively co-work with cross-functional teams
- Bring the ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution
- Have a passion for user-centered design and a customer-first mindset
- Are a proactive communicator, fluent in English and German (B2), and confident interacting with an international-/intercultural team of experts
What the job involves
- As a Product Manager Webshop at Edurino, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our online presences
- You will be responsible for the entire websites as a product, spanning both B2C and B2B segments
- Your mission will be to enhance the user experience, drive conversions, and optimize the customer journey while collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams, especially Marketing, Sales, Design, Development and Product Management
- Your role will be a crucial to ensure the success and growth of the Edurino Shopify webshop
- Product Ownership: You are responsible for our webshops and manage them within the Shopify platform
- You develop and execute a comprehensive and customer-centric product strategy for the Edurino webshops, aligning with our overall goals and objectives, creating an outstanding shopping experience
- Customer Journey Analysis: You map the customer journey across the webshop, track KPIs, and analyze website metrics to develop a better understanding of our audience, find optimization opportunities and report on the webshop's performance to stakeholders
- Conversion Optimization:You create a seamless and enjoyable experience from browsing to purchase and use Shopify to update and create pages as well as bring new products to live on the webshop
- Together with our designer(s) and developer(s), you optimize the UI of our websites to improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and drive overall revenue
- Product Roadmap: You develop and manage a clear and prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategic initiatives across multiple departments
- Competitive Analysis: You stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
Application process

After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions
- Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
- The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
Our take
Educational resources have a problem - while they are training children for the world they live in now, the future that they will live in is going to look very different, and require very different skills, with a greater focus on digital, technical and mathematical knowledge than what is typically taught to children today. Edurino exists to provide this learning from the very earliest stages with a comprehensive educational program for children aged 4-8.
While the EdTech sector abounds with offerings to help children improve scholastically, Edurino stands apart by taking a hybrid approach, offering a specialised stylus and haptic physical toys that interact with its learning app. Edurino's offering has been enthusiastically received, with 160 educational institutions using its products and 100,000 units sold to individual families.
Edurino raised funding in a Series B round led by Ravensburger Next Ventures in 2025. This funding was used to accelerate growth initiatives, aiming to double the company's retail presence across Europe. Having launched across the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) area, it is aiming to enter the UK market in the near future.
