Who you are
- You are a proven closer, passionate about helping companies transform their workflows through technology
- You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or Tech scale-up
- You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature
- You are strategic, data-driven, and skilled in opportunity prioritization and pipeline management
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and are comfortable adapting your approach based on different business contexts
- Your communication skills in French (native level) and English (professional level) are outstanding – both written and verbal
- You are resilient, proactive, and have a genuine curiosity about your customers' businesses and success
What the job involves
- As a Mid-Market Account Executive for the French market at Yousign, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our eSignature and remote identification solutions to mid-sized businesses
- You will manage the full sales cycle – from identifying strategic opportunities to closing complex deals – while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries
- You will join a high-performing, collaborative team of French-speaking Account Executives

- As a Mid-Market AE, you’ll be both a trusted advisor and a strategic partner to your prospects
- Your Missions
- Own and grow a mid-market pipeline, leveraging inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and channel partnerships
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and closing, managing multiple stakeholders in complex decision-making processes
- Build strong collaboration with BDRs, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to prospecting and customer engagement
- Conduct product demos and solution workshops tailored to the business needs of mid-sized companies
- Understand client pain points and use a consultative approach to craft compelling, value-based proposals
- Maintain high CRM hygiene (Salesforce) by logging activities, updating forecasts, and tracking key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve the sales process, customer journey, and go-to-market strategies

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
