Role
Who you are
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Native Ads, and Criteo
- You have a proven track record of managing budgets, driving user acquisition, and optimizing cross-channel strategies to achieve KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS)
- You are knowledgeable in app attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and data analysis for campaign optimization and performance tracking
- You bring experience in analytics and reporting tools, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with SQL or Python
- You are a hands-on team player who takes initiative, thrives in collaborative environments, and can independently solve complex problems when needed
- You enjoy working from the office and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and data teams
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), with German skills being a plus but not required
What the job involves
- Join our data-driven team as a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement across digital channels
- You will play a key role in scaling multi-channel strategies, optimizing campaigns, and strengthening our attribution capabilities
- We’re looking for someone with strong app attribution knowledge, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to derive actionable insights for sustainable growth
- You develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Native Ads, and Criteo to meet KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS)
- You use app attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track conversions, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on insights
- You collaborate on a unified cross-channel strategy, explore new platforms, and engage both new and existing audiences
- You manage campaign budgets efficiently, provide performance forecasts, and adjust plans based on channel insights
- You work with creative, product, and data-teams to align campaigns, and coordinate with agencies for tracking and channel support
- You prepare performance reports, analyze key metrics, and automate reporting for real-time insights with the data team

Founded to improve financial and media literacy in the family unit, Bling is a financial management app that combines pocket money, mobile plans, savings and investments into one mobile app. It works with partner banks and companies to provide its customers with deals and tools, saving time alongside cash.
Partnerships with Societe Generale and Mastercard to offer bank-affiliated savings accounts and investment schemes preceded 2024’s release of a mobile plan via European Telkom. With $12 million invested in the company in 2024, Bling has more than quadrupled its value. It will be investing its capital in more products, though for the time being its focus market will remain on the EU.
