Who you are
- The qualified candidate will have a good mix of skills that include an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, strong communication skills to build and deepen partner relationships, an ability to work effectively cross-functionally with both internal and external teams, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business
- 4+ years of strategic business and/or partnership experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
- Able to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
- Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results
- BA/BS required
What the job involves
- As an Enterprise Partner Manager, you’ll represent AtoB’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships from launch through ongoing relationship management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics via various partner programs, marketing, and new integrations
- This is a critical role on the Partnerships team
- Be responsible for all aspects of partner growth: strategy, project management, and account management
- Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth
- Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
- Identify opportunities to increase the revenue with partners above initial targets
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing AtoB’s goals
- Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams
Our take
The complications of payments within the trucking and transportation industry are immense, with drivers and companies having to deal with fees, spending limits, and credit scores every day. Drivers must also frequently deal with the costs associated with repairs, insurance, and road tolls, and this can quickly become difficult to manage for both drivers and employers.
AtoB is setting out to change this. The company develops payment infrastructure for the trucking and transportation industries, providing drivers with fuel cards that offer truck stop and gas station discounts, all without service fees or credit score checks. In addition to these employee benefits, the company also provides fintech solutions for transportation employers to track their drivers' transactions, set spending limits, and gain insights into financial inefficiencies.
There has been growing investment into digitizing the transportation sector, which makes for a competitive market. That said, AtoB has raised impressive funding, which will support the expansion of innovation efforts and its continued growth.
