Sales Development Representative, Brickflow

• Proven outbound sales experience in roles such as software sales, estate agency, or other high-performing sales environments
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organised and process-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Exceptional client manner, demonstrating professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and introducing them to our services
• Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the brokerage team, ensuring a seamless handoff
• Collaborate with the marketing and brokerage teams to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports on performance
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the commercial property finance sector, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
• Demonstrate a proactive and ambitious approach to learning, with a view to progressing into a Commercial Property Finance Broker role
