To provide intuitive ESG management software for businesses users to collect, measure, report and improve sustainability performance
Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience designing UI and UX for B2B SaaS
- You are a stand-alone operator and are able to drive outcomes in a context of ambiguity
- You have experience collaborating directly with front-end engineers and product managers
- You can gather and synthesize user requirements and turn this into high fidelity designs
- You are a strong communicator making sure all stakeholders are aware of product design decisions you make
Desirable
- You have experience testing delivered work against your designs and flag any outliers
- You're used to being part of a agile team and bringing a teamwork mindset
What the job involves
- Solve for design problems at both ends of the user experience spectrum: for both ESG managers and for users with no ESG experience
- Work together with users, product team and engineers to take ideas from discovery all the way to launch
- Own our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in our front-end designs
- Conduct user research and journey mapping to ensure whole product team has clear understanding of end user
