Senior Backend Engineer, Lilt

• 7+ years of software development experience with several general purpose programming languages including Java and Python
• 5+ years of experience leading a major software component
• Proven ability to drive large-scale engineering efforts to completion and demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and best practices for scaling cloud-based services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
