What the job involves
- Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, this role will support the day-to-day operations of the Finance team. Our team has a strong focus on process improvement and this role will have a significant impact in supporting systems efficiency
- This contract position will be eligible for the benefits, time off program, and competitive compensation that full-time employees receive. The contract dates will be June 1, 2026 to July 2027 (12 months)
- Note: This is an existing vacancy on the team
- Maintain the Accounts Payable subledger
- Vendor setup and maintenance
- Management of the AP inbox including timely and professional responses to vendor inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports
- Review vendor invoice coding and departmental allocation
- 2-Way-Match purchase orders to invoice, identify, and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments to vendors
- Employee expense processing and approval
- Credit card reconciliations and expense processing
- Identify areas for process improvement and working with the team to find solutions
- Support ad-hoc projects and requests across the Finance team
