• As Enterprise Relationship Manager, you scale Sharpist’s Key enterprise accounts as a trusted C-suite partner, driving account growth and program delivery for world-class brands
• You are the face of Sharpist to our biggest clients in DACH. When they have a problem, you're the first call. When they grow with us, it's because of you
• You own a portfolio of enterprise accounts outright — keeping them, growing them, and making sure the programs deliver
• You'll go head-to-head with CHROs, L&D leads, and C-suite execs
• Meeting them in person matters, so you'll travel to client HQs across the region around 30% of the time
• This is high-stakes, high-autonomy, and highly visible
• Here's the split:
• 70% – Account management and growth. You learn each client's business well enough to see the opportunity before they do
• Then you build the case and grow the account. Relentlessly
• 30% – Running the programs and driving satisfaction. Coordinating across coaching, product, and ops so things actually land
• Some accounts are smooth. Others are messy and need untangling. You own both
