- 2+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm

What the job involves
- We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Strategy & Operations, Workforce Manager to lead capacity planning across all our clinics
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing staffing models that strategically align resource allocation with business priorities, ensuring clinicians are positioned to meet patient and operational needs effectively
- You will build strong relationships with clinicians by fostering open feedback and collaboration, creating an environment that supports both engagement and productivity

- Clinician Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clinicians by creating opportunities for open feedback and meaningful collaboration
