Role
Who you are
- This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in cybersecurity and enterprise-level B2B sales
- The ideal candidate is passionate about achieving results, has a proven track record of success, and thrives in outbound-driven environments
- 4+ years of professional experience, including at least one previous role as a BDR
- Experience in cybersecurity is preferred (security operations market knowledge is not required but is a plus)
- Proven success working with enterprise customers in B2B environments
- Strong outbound sales experience and willingness to drive proactive prospecting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resilience and determination
- Located in or willing to commute to the Bay Area, with the flexibility to work hybrid (3x per week in Pleasanton, California)
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Pleasanton, California
- Proactively drive outbound efforts to schedule high-quality meetings with enterprise prospects
- Engage with inbound leads, identifying potential opportunities and converting them into actionable meetings
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their needs and align our solutions effectively
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored approaches for prospecting and engagement
- Stay updated on the cybersecurity landscape to provide informed value propositions to clients
- Meet and exceed performance targets, demonstrating a hunger for results and a "make it happen" attitude
