Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as IAM, EC2, VPC, etc
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
- Solid understanding of containerisation technologies, including Docker
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipeline development
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks
Desirable
- Expertise with Kubernetes, EKS and Istio service mesh
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions, such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining a scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure
- You will collaborate closely with development teams to implement and optimise DevOps practices across a variety of projects, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment pipelines and robust system architecture
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS
- Develop and implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that support high availability, disaster recovery, and security
- Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of services in production environments
- Secure cloud environments by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with security standards
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and promote best DevOps practices, driving continuous integration and deployment
- Lead efforts in refining and improving the CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins
