• You’ll work closely with the team to seek new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in the European Market
• We leverage smart strategies and channels to deliver high-impact results
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients
• Work closely with the senior business development team to strategize on key accounts
• Develop creative and compelling outbound messaging for our prospects
• Define and implement intelligent outbound campaigns – reaching out to prospects via multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and more
• Identify and target new business opportunities and contacts, securing initial meetings with senior executives
• Lead discovery calls with our prospects to understand their processes, challenges, and priorities
• Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
• Look for opportunities to innovate and optimize our lead generation framework
• Familiarize yourself with UpSlide’s solution and complete a comprehensive onboarding plan
• Take ownership of outbound campaigns (calling, emailing, LinkedIn), showcasing creativity to optimize your efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle client/prospect interactions, leading and contributing to calls and meetings with senior executives
• Your journey with UpSlide kicks off with our 4-month onboarding program. This well-structured period is here to make sure you feel fully supported and set up for success
• Month 1: Initially, you spend time meeting the global teams and absorbing their knowledge through various sessions. You will learn about our target market, sales cycle, product, tech stack, prospecting strategy, and more
• Month 2: You will start reaching out to prospects with the support of your team and manager, gaining experience speaking with individuals in our core target market. By the end of this phase, you'll have a strong foundation of the knowledge you'll need in your role
• Month 3: You will continue to refine the skills learned in the first two months through practice and role-play sessions. In month 3, you will be sourcing high-quality prospects and leading intro calls with the support of a team member
• Month 4: At this stage, you’ll have most of the knowledge and skills to independently source, engage and nurture prospects. While you may still be gaining experience to fully hit your stride, you'll be in a great position to have high-value conversations with your prospects
