Who you are
- Strong communication skills, you will be serving as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email or in person
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach and used to dealing with business stakeholders at every level in a growing and developing company
- Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS & other common application for supporting our users’ devices
- Management of workload using ITSM such as FreshService and Zendesk

- Telephony platforms such as Dialpad and Gong
- VPNs such as Twingate

- Joining our IT Support team of three, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission to transform financial services worldwide!
- Operating across six countries, the team guarantees smooth technological operations, empowering our fintech solutions to provide outstanding service and innovation
- You will be joining a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure
- Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems
- You will collaborate with other team members to implement IT solutions that support our innovative financial services
- Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our IT environment, directly contributing to our mission of revolutionising financial services globally

- Troubleshooting & resolving IT Support issues raised by our users
- Incident management including documentation and keeping to SLAs
- Install, support & troubleshoot issues with IT equipment (laptops, printers, mobile phones, video conferencing, etc)
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver process; account set up and suspension, shared mailboxes, distribution groups and setting up new hardware for office and remote users
- Ensuring the accurate tracking, issuing and collection of company assets
- Proactively ensuring health of staff equipment, scheduling and performing upgrades to both hardware and software
- Installing authorised software on laptops, desktops, and servers
- Developing the knowledge base of the IT support team to increase and share guides and information on relevant topics
