Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to providing technical support
- 2+ years of experience working as a IT support specialist
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues
- 1 year experience in technologies such as the Windows Operating system, Windows installers, Microsoft Entra ID, MS365 and Microsoft Azure
What the job involves
- We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing our company’s technology infrastructure
- This individual will work closely with employees to ensure that hardware, software, and network systems run smoothly
- Complete troubleshooting and provide IT support for core business applications and operating systems
- Provide desktop support and local network support, including installation, provisioning and diagnostics
- Manage user accounts and privileges
- Coordinate technical assistance from suppliers as necessary
- Proactively identify issues and potential improvements
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and share information about technical issues within your team
- Provide training to new and existing team members and help with the onboarding process for new customers
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks in accordance with established policies & procedures

With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong 2024. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
