• Internal Tools Expertise: Previous experience working on an Internal Tools team or supporting internal customers/stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to understand and address their needs
• Optimize Performance: Enhance the performance of internal dashboards and tools by implementing best practices in observability, database query optimization, and efficient data handling
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-stack web development, with a focus on backend development. Experience with Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL is essential
