Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in membership engagement, customer success, or a related role, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving member/client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect deeply with members and understand their needs
- A strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, able to align member engagement efforts with broader business goals
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Comfortable with uncertainty and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

- Proficient in CRM software and data management, with an eye for detail and a passion for using data to drive decisions
What the job involves
- Member Onboarding: Welcome new members with a high-touch, personalised onboarding experience that clearly communicates the value of their membership and how to make the most of it
- Ongoing Member Relationship Management: Actively engage with members throughout their journey, ensuring they continuously derive value from their membership. Regularly check in with members, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and address any concerns before they escalate.
- Relationship Coordination: Develop a deep understanding of each member’s unique needs, goals, and challenges to facilitate meaningful connections within the CSA network. Act as a relationship matchmaker, connecting members with relevant peers, mentors, and industry leaders.
- Data Management and Reporting: Ensure every member interaction is meticulously recorded in the member database, enabling us to track engagement and tailor our approach. Regularly analyse engagement data to spot trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- 3. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to take part in a 45-minute competency-based virtual interview.
- 4. The final stage is a 45-minute in-person interview focusing on discussing your values and how these align with our own as well as presentation on a role-specific task.
