- Professional Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, and/or Private Equity, ideally in high-growth or SaaS environments
- Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and reporting
- Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations
- Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of GAAP principles and familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition practices

- Revv is transforming the auto-repair industry, and we’re seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to lead our financial strategy, operations, and investor relations
- This role is key to driving scalability and aligning financial strategies with our mission to deliver exceptional value to auto-repair businesses
- As the Director of Strategic Finance, you will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), pricing and product strategy, Board and investor relations, and unit economics
- In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to create data-driven solutions that fuel growth, profitability, and customer success
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for annual/quarterly budgeting and long-term strategic planning
- Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) leadership to align financial strategies with hiring plans and business objectives
- Analyze SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention) and unit economics to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decisions
- Present recommendations to leadership to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth
- Lead initiatives to optimize pricing and packaging, maximizing growth, profitability, and customer acquisition through market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with GTM and EPD teams to launch new products, ensuring market fit, strong pricing models, and long-term revenue potential
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising efforts, crafting compelling narratives, developing investor materials, and managing fundraising processes
- Prepare financial updates and presentations for the Board and investors to ensure transparency and trust
- Foster a culture of ROI and data-driven decision-making across the organization, empowering teams to make impactful financial choices
Our take
Revv is revolutionising auto repair with its AI platform that simplifies repairs for Advanced Driver Assistant Systems (ADAS) in vehicles. The platform aggregates data from over 60 sources, providing technicians with fast, actionable repair packages for a wide range of issues.
The platform integrates with shop systems and learns from technician feedback, enabling shops to quickly address ADAS repairs. This means that repair shops can keep up with advancing vehicle technology, allowing them to increase revenue.
In just a short amount of time, Revv has expanded to over 2,100 locations and reached seven figures in annual revenue. This is a very promising start for the company as it plans to grow further through new tools and distribution partnerships, with the ultimate goal of becoming a global leader in auto repair.
