Desirable

• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be joining our People team and you will primarily focus on recruiting for Early Careers
• You will be reporting to Ioannis, who has more than 8 years of experience recruiting for tech companies, and who will personally coach you on all aspects of talent acquisition
• End-to-end ownership of your recruitment processes
• Partner with Hiring Managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
• Establish relationships with Universities and find other creative ways on how we can access exceptional Early Career candidates
• Market map and produce strong talent pipelines
• Drive the offer process from beginning to end, while providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Working on various projects such as Employer Branding,
• Assisting with optimizing our existing recruitment processes
