Validation Intern, Lightmatter

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Familiarity with developing Python scripts
• Experience working in a lab

• Our architecture leverages the unique properties of light to enable fast and efficient inference and training engines
• In this internship opportunity, you will be collaborating with engineers for advanced platform-level validation of next-generation Lightmatter products
• You will be supporting development of platform validation tests
• You will be developing validation capabilities, tools, and platform-focused tests at Lightmatter
• In this role you will get exposure to state of the art world class photonic measurement and validation instruments
• Part of the role includes supporting root cause technical issues
• Develop validation test programs in Python
• Assemble photonic systems in lab
• Set up and connect instrumentations
• Run tests on validation systems
• Collect data post processing and analysis
