Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance Go-to-Market operations and workflows
- A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help healthcare providers and patients through innovative technology
- Strong analytical skills - you’re a data storyteller who can distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights
- Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a high growth, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field
Desirable
- Experience working with product usage data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support customer expansion or retention
- Experience working in a startup environment with an ambiguous or evolving environment
What the job involves
- At Rad AI, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare. As an Associate on the Revenue Operations team, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution
- You’ll work closely with our customers & leadership across the organization - partnering directly with the commercial team, finance, and product - to drive insights that power our next stage of growth

- Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling
- Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI’s products
- Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention
- Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics
- Define and track KPI’s across the full revenue funnel - including marketing, sales, customer success, and support
- Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, commission plans, and other core GTM infrastructure
- Own and support monthly CARR and ARR reporting
- Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams
- Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure
- Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on our CRM and analytics stack
- Ensure the entire revenue organization is equipped with accurate, actionable data to inform strategy and execution
Our take
Burnout seems to be reaching unprecedented and unsustainable levels amongst physicians, and radiologists are one of the most heavily impacted groups. A number of surveys have shown that around 50% of them suffer from high workloads, which are exacerbated by outdated software and laborious work processes.
Rad AI, which was co-founded by the youngest radiologist in US history, is making serious inroads in alleviating these issues with AI. Its two main products are designed to save time: one by automatically generating impressions from dictated findings, and the other by automating patient follow-ups.
The company has been adding updates to its reporting software and is on a rapid growth trajectory, landing respected radiology practices as customers and claiming industry awards. It has also secured major investment towards sustaining this momentum moving forward, as more practices turn to AI to positively impact their patient care.
