Revenue Operations & Strategy Associate, Rad AI

• 4+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance Go-to-Market operations and workflows
• A deep passion for our mission and a desire to help healthcare providers and patients through innovative technology
• Strong analytical skills - you’re a data storyteller who can distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights
• Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Comfortable working cross functionally in a high growth, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field

• Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling
• Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI’s products
• Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention
• Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics
• Define and track KPI’s across the full revenue funnel - including marketing, sales, customer success, and support
• Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, commission plans, and other core GTM infrastructure
• Own and support monthly CARR and ARR reporting
• Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams
• Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure
• Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on our CRM and analytics stack
• Ensure the entire revenue organization is equipped with accurate, actionable data to inform strategy and execution
